A table for two cultures
One Taste. Two Cultures. One Connection.
A home for the cuisines, stories and people that bring Canada and China to the same table.
Our purpose
Food is more than flavour. It is memory, heritage, and a doorway to one another.
Canada is a country of many cultures. China is a civilisation carried through its kitchens, its seasons and its tables. Between them sits a simple idea: that the most human conversations often begin over a meal.
The Association exists to turn that idea into a practice—bringing chefs, hosts, entrepreneurs, scholars and neighbours together to exchange techniques, stories and points of view. Not to perform culture, but to share it.
